- Do I need to install anything?
- No. AdKombo runs in the browser, and the encoding happens on your own machine, so nothing waits in a queue behind somebody else’s export. Chrome and Edge on a computer are what we test.
- Where do my videos live?
- The clips you open stay in your browser until you choose to save them. What you save goes to your library in the cloud, private to your account: nobody reaches a file unless you create a link for it, and you can take that link down.
- How many variants can I make?
- Unlimited, on every plan. You pay for the space your library takes, never for an export.
- Is there a free trial?
- 3 days of Starter, whole, with a card. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged: the card is only what keeps one person from taking twenty trials.
- What do the automatic subtitles cover?
- Every clip is transcribed when it reaches your library, so the words can be searched and a variant can be captioned without paying to hear it again. Starter includes 50 hours of audio per cycle; Team and Agency, 100.
- How do I cancel?
- One button in your account, with no email to write. You keep the plan until the period you paid for ends, and the first payment of a subscription is refundable within 14 days.
