What AdKombo is

AdKombo is a tool for making video ad variants: combining clips in blocks, splitting finished ads into parts, adding subtitles and keeping material in a library.

Video editing and exporting happen in your browser, on your own device. Results and speed depend on that device and the browser you use.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time code we email to you. You are responsible for access to that email and for what is done from your account.

You must be 18 or of legal age to contract where you live, and give us an email address that belongs to you.

Your content

The videos, audio, music, text and images you use remain yours. You only allow us to store and process them as needed to provide the service, and that permission ends when you delete them or your account.

You confirm you hold the rights needed for everything you upload or combine, including music, voices and images of people.

AdKombo does not use your content to train artificial intelligence models.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, deceives consumers in a way the law forbids, or to spread malicious software.

You may not try to access other accounts or files, overload the service, get around its limits or resell it without permission.

Subtitles and providers

If you ask for automatic subtitles, we send only the audio of the chosen clips to a transcription provider to turn speech into text. The video never leaves your device. We tell you before the first time.

Automatic transcriptions can contain mistakes. Review them before publishing.

Plans, payments and renewal

Current plans, prices and limits are published on the plans page. Plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel.

Payments are handled by Paddle, acting as merchant of record, which applies the relevant taxes. Price changes are announced in advance and never affect a period already paid.

The monthly Starter plan has a 7-day free trial. Starting it takes a card and a verified phone number, and each number gets one trial. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged. We email you 2 days before the first charge.

The first paid month of any monthly plan is half price, once per account.

Teams and shared links

On the Team and Agency plans, whoever pays for the plan can invite other people. Each signs in with their own email and works in the same library, with the same storage. Whoever pays for the plan is responsible for what is done in it.

You can create links that let anyone who has them watch and download a video or a folder, without an account. You are responsible for who you give them to, and you can turn them off at any time.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation, refunds and what happens to your library are covered in the cancellation and refunds policy.

Limits and availability

Each plan has an amount of storage and a number of people; variants are unlimited on every plan. The Starter plan can be signed in on up to 2 devices at once. The service is under development: we may change features and limits, and we will announce changes that affect you in advance.

We do what is reasonable to keep the service running and not lose your files, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Keep a copy of what matters to you.

Liability

The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or the commercial results of your ads.

If we are liable, the maximum amount is what you paid us in the three months before the event. Nothing here limits consumer rights that the law does not allow you to waive.

Suspension and closing

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, telling you when possible. You can delete your account at any time from the Account section.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will tell you with reasonable notice. Each version is dated, and we record which one you accepted when signing in.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uruguay. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Montevideo, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
